Akutt lymfoblastisk leukemi hos voksne < 46 år behandlet etter ALLTogether-protokollen. Kuren brukes flere steder i protokollen i alle risikogrupper.

Hydrering
Vinkristin krever ingen spesiell hydrering
Annen støttemedikasjon
- Pneumocystisprofylakse med trimetoprim-sulfa. Alternativer til trimetoprim-sulfa: dapson, pentamidin eller atovakvon
- Obstipasjonsprofylakse i induksjonsfasen ved gjentatte doser vinkristin
- Ulcusprofylakse ved eventuell samtidig steroidbehandling
Spesielle forholdsregler
- Vinkristin er svært vevstoksisk og skal derfor gis om (kort) infusjon.
- Vinkristin er også ekstremt nevrotoksisk og må aldri befinne seg på et rom der det skal settes intratekale medikamenter

Obstipasjon, magesmerter. Perifer nevropati. Bivirkningene bygger seg opp etter gjentatte doser, husk obstipasjonsprofylakse. Ikke benmargstoksisk.
